Alan Herbertson BSc.

Chairman

The Chairman of the Garhill Group, Alan's business experience and skills over a 30 year period have been developed and proven through the successful formation and growth of the private companies within the group, including Garhill Capital.

A former Chartered Surveyor and graduate of Manchester University, Alan's business interests have in the past spanned consultancy, construction and property development and investment; with a current emphasis on the planned growth of the mezzanine finance business Garhill Capital.

John Dickinson BSc. ACA

Managing Director

Formerly Sales and Marketing Commercial Financial Controller at Next Plc, John is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience in commercial finance. John co-founded Garhill Capital with Alan in 2004 and his role covers the management of the day to day business operations with particular emphasis on the control of the finance function, including liaising with funders and other financial institutions.

Tom Foulerton BA. MSc. MRICS

Fund Manager

Tom is the Fund Manager at Garhill Capital Ltd and specialises in development appraisal, investment decisions and project monitoring. He has extensive experience in both the public and private property industries with past clients including Hammerson, Land Securities, Stoford, Langtree, Priority Sites, Advantage West Midlands and English Partnerships. Before this, he was a Senior Consultant at Accenture, working in their niche Energy Trading and Risk Management team.
